Mr. White has over thirty-eight years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to founding IBK Capital, Mr. White was Senior Vice-President and Director of Corporate and Government Finance at Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. Under Mr. White's leadership, Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. rose to the top tier of the Canadian investment dealers specializing in the natural resources industry.

Mr. White graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is currently the Chairman of the Greater Europe Mission Canada Counsel; Governor of The Sunnybrook Foundation; Chairman and a Director of Barry Moore Ministries Inc.; Cabinet Member of the Campaign for the Heart & Circulation Program at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre; Director of the Limited Market Dealers Association of Canada (LMDA); Director of The Empire Club of Canada; Cabinet member of the campaign for the Tyndale University College and Seminary; and, Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada Mining Matters.

Ms. Dao-Huy has over thirty years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to founding IBK Capital, she was a Vice-President in Corporate Finance at Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. between 1981 and 1989. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Canada, Ms. Dao-Huy was a Manager in the Financial Planning and Analysis Group with Bell Canada in Montréal.
Ms. Dao-Huy graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal (Québec) with a Bachelor of Commerce (1974) and earned a Masters in Business Administration degree in Finance in 1976.
Mrs. Dao-Huy is a former member of the Board of Directors of Plan Canada, a member of PLAN International, a humanitarian, child-focused development organization (1988-2007). She is currently active in building primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Vietnam.

Mr. Williams has been with IBK Capital for 16 years. He has over thirty years of corporate finance experience, both domestic and international. Prior to joining IBK Capital, he was a Vice-President in Corporate Finance at Midland Walwyn Capital Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice-President and Director at Scotia McLeod Inc. in London, England, where he headed the firm's international investment banking activities. Prior to that, he was a Vice-President in Corporate Finance at Burns Fry Limited.
Mr. Williams graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sir George Williams University in 1973 and a Masters of Business Administration degree from McMaster University in 1974.

Mr. White has been with IBK Capital since 1990. During this time, Mr. White has been involved in private placement financings totalling over US $450 million. He has also been active in financial advisory assignments and mining industry developments including: advisory services to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador with respect to its arrangements with Inco Ltd. over the development of the nickel deposit at Voisey’s Bay; acting as financial advisor to Noront Resources Ltd. to evaluate strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value in the wake of a major nickel discovery at its Double Eagle Project in the McFauld’s Lake region of Ontario, Canada; advisory and financing services to Western Goldfields Inc. on its purchase and development of the Mesquite gold mine in south-eastern California; and advisory services to Marine Mining and the development of Ghana’s coastal and offshore mineral wealth.
Mr. White graduated with a BA in Geology from the University of Western Ontario in 1994, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 2000.

Ms. Prill has been with IBK Capital since 2002. She brings to the Firm 14 years of experience as the Accounting Manager for the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Canadian Cancer Society (Alberta/NWT Division) where she was responsible for managing the accounting staff and was instrumental in the creation and development of financial statements, budgets and the compiling of all analytical reports. She also assisted the Controller in the development of new systems and procedures ensuring their compliance with GAAP.

Ms. Werstiuk has been with IBK Capital since 1994. With nearly 14 years experience in the industry, she has been involved in private placement financings with a value of over $160 million. Ms. Werstiuk takes an active role in financial advisory assignments for both mining and technology clients, most recently focusing her activities for companies in the renewable energy/fuel, biotechnology and software sectors.
Since 2006, she has been a judge at the IBK Capital-Ivey Business Plan Competition, Canada's premiere student business plan competition, which offers students an opportunity to present innovative business plans to potential investors while providing investors an advance look at up-and-coming Canadian entrepreneurs.
Ms. Werstiuk is currently a member of the York Technology Association, York Biotech Association, Western GTA Convergence Centre and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum. She has been an active volunteer and Peer Group Leader for the Canadian Diabetes Association and sits as a member of the Balmy Beach Community School Council.
Ms. Werstiuk is a graduate of Queen's University (BScH – Biology (1990)) and of McMaster University (BAH – Anthropology (1992)). She also completed the Queen’s University E-Business Program in April 2000.

Ms. Breukelman has been with IBK Capital since 1994. Prior to joining IBK Capital, she was an Account Manager at The Toronto-Dominion Bank, where she worked on various corporate and real estate loan portfolios. Earlier in her career, she was a strategic consultant to Imax Corporation.
Ms. Breukelman graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Toronto in 1986, and with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in 1989.

Mr. Watson joined IBK Capital in 2007. He worked as an engineering project manager at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, and spent two years as a business English instructor and sales representative in Tokyo, Japan. He has completed his Canadian Securities Course, is now a candidate for level 1 of the CFA Charter, and is looking forward to applying his technical skills in investment banking.

Mr. McConaghy joined IBK Capital in 2007. Previously, he interned with a law firm in Washington D.C., and served as a CFO candidate in the 2006 Canadian federal election.
He graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and with a Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. He is licensed as a lawyer in the state of North Carolina, and will be pursuing his Ontario law license in 2008.
